Came here because my wheel was shaking and they helped me make sure it was safe for me to drive. I have some anxieties because 5 years ago my breaks failed and after went theough many shops that cheated me and treated me like ignorant. No here, they will HELP you! Ladies, come here for a place you can trust! Truly, the work speaks for itself and you'll even feel like family. Currently, I'm sitting here in their office; came back to get my oil change and I'm not going no where else with my car, that I love so much. Thanks you guys for treating me with respect and helping me feel safe in my vehicle! Ask for Justin!

After reading all of the positive reviews for First Choice Auto Solutions, I decided to take my 2015 Nissan Altima to them for service and give them a try. First off, Tish in the front office provided me with excellent customer service. Justin (mechanic) got my car done the same day and the cost to repair it was very reasonable and affordable. I was shocked because I was expecting my car back at a much later date. If you’re looking for an honest and affordable auto shop look no further. Friendly fair price and fast. I called early afternoon to replace a fuel injector. We took the car in they brought us home 3 hours later they came picked us up all fixed. I would use them again hope I don't have to

I had a wonderful experience during a Stressful time. It was extremely easy. I had my truck dropped off on a Tuesday late afternoon they went above and beyond making the necessary repairs. I was back on the road by Thursday morning. If you have a current mechanic somewhere else, I highly recommend switching to first choice.

Took my car in for a bad axle and tie rod. They got me scheduled fast, fixed everything in a timely manner, and the car drives perfectly now! Fair price, great communication, super friendly staff! Couldn’t ask for better service! 10/10 will be my go to shop from now on!

First Choice Auto Solutions is a great place to do business! My family and I moved here a few months ago and needed our vehicle worked on due to the check engine light forcibly making it’s appearance! 😩 Since we are unaware of how service is around here, I checked reviews and found that First Choice had great reviews! They did not disappoint! They called me before they did my repairs and let me know what was the estimated cost to repair it and although it was more than I wanted to pay due to our finances, it was a very fair price! We NEED this vehicle! I was unable to pick my vehicle up during normal business because I did not get off work in time, they made an exception and allowed me to pick it up after hours. They went above and beyond what they should do as a business to get us going again! Our family is so thankful that we chose them for our auto repairs! They will definitely be getting my service from now on!!!

First choice auto solutions was able to diagnose a problem, and give a very reasonable and affordable price for something that the The dealership was wanting to charge an arm and a leg for. I have been going to this place for over three years and I will not look back. They are very personable, very kind and they treat all of their customers with respect and they work with you. You won’t have to worry about any dishonesty, as they are very upfront with you and they try their best to do their best work. Make first choice auto solutions your first choice!!!!

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable they do 5 star quality work. Plus they are very reasonably priced. They have my 2011 Jeep GC running smooth like it did when it was new. Their diagnostics were spon on, they found several things that I really needed fixed and did a great job fixing them. I feel like finding this shop was an early Christmas gift. I'm really glad I found them, I just moved to lakelake a few months ago and was looking for a shop I can trust and I think I have found it.

I highly recommend First Choice Auto Solutions. They provided outstanding and timely service. I dropped my car off to diagnose a check-engine light, and they identified the issue the very next day—I needed a new transmission. It took two days for the warranty approval, and once approved, they ordered and installed the transmission. Even with the Thanksgiving holiday delay, my car was ready in just 2½ weeks. Tish was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I was able to pick up my car as soon as possible. I truly appreciate the excellent service and communication.
